Bringing citizens closer to their health data
Sundhed.dk delivers health data to citizens and healthcare professionals, fostering their interaction. They aimed to transform the citizen-facing portal into the 'Min Sundhed' app, bridging the gap to citizens' health data. As a UX consultant, I crafted the app concept, engaged stakeholders, conducted citizen-focused MVP user testing, and collaborated with a designer on UI design
The process
In this project, I conducted thorough research to gather insights and identify the needs of various user groups of sundhed.dk. Based on this foundation, I created a concept for the app centered around the user experience. The concept was developed into a prototype and underwent user testing before implementation.
