Consulting management in UX capabilities and needs

IKEA Digital encompasses various business domains, among them Strategy & Business Planning. They sought an evaluation of UX capabilities within product teams utilizing IKEA's internal tools. Conducting a qualitative study, I analyzed the structure and operations of this business sector. The outcome was a recommendation report outlining the current state ('As is') and the desired future state ('To be') for UX resources and team organization strategy.

The process

In this project, I conducted 25 qualitative interviews with employees to assess the current UX maturity level and UX team structure ('As is'). Drawing upon my research findings, I formulated recommendations for the desired state ('To be'), resulting in a management consulting report
